Why the Inhabit Yourself Podcast Now?

This podcast is a sanctuary for women leaders, healers, and entrepreneurs who are ready to embrace a holistic, embodied approach to success—with a healthy dose of laughter along the way.

It was birthed from a deep desire to offer women and non-binary spaceholders a resource for leading with wholeness—not depletion. We believe leadership can b easeful, nourishing, and sustainable when rooted in alignment with your truth.

Here, we honor both the rich wisdom of our ancestors and the insights of modern coaching, creating conversations that inspire, challenge, and uplift. And while the topics may be deep, the journey is always filled with moments of joy, play, and connection.

Through candid conversations and actionable insights, our guests share the wisdom, strategies, and practices that have helped them create lives and businesses that feel as good as they look.

If you’ve ever wondered how to balance the sacred and the strategic, embrace embodied healing, and laugh your way through the complexities of leadership, this podcast is for you.

Let’s redefine leadership—together, with joy and play at the center.

E1 - Welcome to our First Date

In this episode, I introduced what this podcast is all about—a space for Embodied Healership, authentic leadership, and reconnecting with your essence.

Think of this episode as our first date. It’s a chance for you to get to know me, the heartbeat of Inhabit Yourself , and what this journey can mean for you. Whether you’re an intuitive creator or a strategy-driven entrepreneur, this space is for all of you.

E2 - Small Shifts, Big Changes

This week, I’m inviting you to tune into the 5 Facets of Being, as we explore how our physical, energetic, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies work together.

These facets are not just abstract concepts—they’re living, breathing elements of who we are, and they shape how we show up in the world. My intention is for you to deepen your connection to each facet and bring greater alignment into both your personal and professional life.

E3- ReWilding your Life: Coming Back to Joy with Maggie Spizzirri

This week’s theme is about reconnecting with our bodies and slowing down to hear the wisdom they carry. As we dive into the personal journey of Maggie Spizzirri, the founder of Wild Breathwork, we're reminded that life doesn’t always have to be rushed, and success doesn’t always come from doing more.

Whether in business or life, when we slow down and inhabit our bodies, we unlock a deeper alignment that guides us to clarity.

A Love Note

Welcome, I'm so glad you're here!

I create sacred spaces for women who hold space for others—the leaders, healers, and visionaries who've mastered holding everything together (but secretly dream of doing it with more joy and way less burnout).

Through ancestral wisdom, somatic practices, and intuitive strategy, I guide women back to themselves. Think less "pushing through" and more "flowing with," less "fixing what's broken" (spoiler: you never were) and more "dancing with what's possible."

My journey to this work? It's been a beautiful blend of corporate leadership, near-death experiences, and rediscovering my Ewe tribal roots. Whether I'm leading a breathwork session, facilitating a workshop, or diving deep in one-on-one coaching, my message remains the same: leadership can feel like home—easeful, nourishing, and deeply aligned with your values.

This work is about remembering who you are beneath all those "should dos" and "have tos." It's about creating ripples of change that honor both your vision and your well-being.

When I'm not holding space for incredible women like you, you might find me brewing a cup of tea, having impromptu dance parties in my living room, or soaking up the Michigan sunshine (yes, it exists!).

If you're ready to lead in a way that feels like coming home, you're in the right place. Let's explore what's possible when you lead from wholeness—with a healthy dose of joy along the way.
