Our time together will be divided into three phases that reflect the timeless path of transformation in both your personal life and your business. Phase 1

Separation - Embracing the Call to Adventure

This begins with you answering the call—your call to dive deeper into your truth, both in your life and your business.

In our first session, we’ll explore what’s drawing you to this work, helping you identify where you’re being called to transform.

As you step away from the known and into the unknown, you’ll have space to slow down, tune in, and release control.

This phase is about making space for what’s to come by recognizing the limitations of your current way of being and doing in both your personal and professional realms.

We dive deep into what embodiment means for you in the 5 Facets of Being to ground you into the present so we can have clarity on what your own call to adventure is.

Phase 2

Liminality: Embracing the In-Between

Here, we’ll step into the messy, magical middle—the space where change is happening but the outcome is not yet clear.

This phase is all about being, rather than doing, and applies equally to how you lead in your business and live in your personal life.

You’ll learn to surrender into the unknown, trusting the process as we explore themes like balance, allowing, and trust.

During this phase, you’ll deepen your connection with yourself, and begin to bridge the gap between your masculine and feminine energies, creating more ease in your life and business.

We will explore what that means both for your life and your business.

Phase 3 -

Re-Integration: mergence & Embodiment

Finally, we’ll enter the phase of emergence—where all the insights and inner work come together and begin to manifest in your leadership, life, and business.

This phase is about stepping fully into your power, embodying the wisdom you’ve gained, and aligning your actions with your deeper, more intuitive way of being.
